  • Pandemic Assistance Impact Survey

  • You’re invited to complete a survey about your experiences receiving COVID-19 stimulus payments. This survey is completely voluntary and if you start the survey, you may choose to exit the browser and stop at any time. This survey will ask questions about your life before and after COVID, as well as what government assistance you received and how it affected you and your general financial situation. This survey will take approximately ten minutes.

While there is always a risk that data collected can be breached, data will be collected securely and no identifying information of any kind will be collected. None of the information collected in the survey will be traceable back to you. This survey will allow us to better understand the benefits of stimulus payments, such as those provided during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the Mohawk Valley.

This survey is completely voluntary and there are no consequences to choosing not to participate.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Allison Cox, Planning Director at MVCAA, acox@mvcaa.com or (315) 624-9930 x2256.

Questions or concerns about institutional approval should be directed to Rachel White, Chair of the Institutional Review Board for Human Subjects, 315-859-4518 or iboard@hamilton.edu.

You must be 18 years or older to participate. If you meet this criteria and would like to participate, click “Yes” below to begin the survey.
